Powder Coating System

The powder coater can match high speed welder or low speed automatic welder as well as back feeding manual welder. The powder stripe before fusing is even and regular, the coating result is smooth and durable. The thickness of powder coating layer is adjustable, the powder coating arm can cooperate with exterior lacquer coating machine well, and the quick change connector can be fixed on the lower arm of welder.
The powder coating system consists of
1 Inside powder coating arm of welded seam strip spraying powder coating machine
The coating arm conveys and atomizes powder, corona discharge needle of internal high voltage module charges the powder, so that the powder is evenly absorbed in the welding seam of cans.
2 Powder supply unit of welded side seam powder coating machine
The powder level is equipped with a capacitive sensor. When the powder level is insufficient, the large powder pump will be started to deliver the powder from the filter bucket to the material tank.
3 Cyclone filter of welded seam powder coater
The cyclone filter adopts an advanced intermittent rotating cleaning mechanism, which can ensure obvious cleaning effect, which is much better than conventional cleaning in any form, and has low noise and small air pressure fluctuations.
4 Powder tank of side seam powder coating system
The powder tank is a stainless steel powder container with a fluidized bed for adding new powder. All powder for each shift is added to the bucket, reducing the frequent addition of powder by the operator.

Wet Lacquer Coating System
After welding, the inner and outer seams should be coated by durable protective layer, then the weld seam will not be rusty. That is why GR develops a series of seam protection systems. Wet lacquer seam coating machine is random collocation for various requirement, the seam inside can be roller coating or spray coating, the seam outside can be roller coating, spray coating or drop coating. The side seam coating machine is versatile for weld seam of food cans, beverage cans and aerosol cans as well as industrial packaging containers. The can coater is easy to adjust and low consumption of lacquer.

2 Magnetic conveyors of side seam lacquer coating system
The magnetic conveyor sucks the container body under the belt, the inside of welding seam touches the coating roller with lacquer or is sprayed by the nozzle. The outside of welding seam touches the coating roller with lacquer or is coated by the drops from the lacquer bottle.
3 Control panel of welded seam lacquer coater
The control panel can adjust the speed, height, angle of the welded seam lacquer coater.
Classifications
