1 Combination machine of can making assembly line
The combination can machine is equipped with indexer, that is used to position the welding seam and ensure the appearance consistency of welded side seam. Then the round cans will be conveyed to the can expander station, expanded as rectangular, and conveyed to the can flanger station, flanged the upside and downside of rectangular can bodies. One combined shape forming machine can replace the work of can expanding machine and can flanging machine.
2 Rectangular can seamer
The rectangular can seaming machine is used to seal the top or bottom can ends, in the rectangular can making line, it requires two sets of rectangular can sealing machines or can sealers.
1 Upending
The round cans welded by the first half of can manufacturing line are horizontal, the can upending device will convey the horizontal cans as vertical, preparing for the following rectangular can making machine production line.
2 Rectangular shape forming
The round cans fed into the rectangular can shaping machine mentioned as above, the rectangular can shaper will form the round cans as designed shape by each tools on each station. The rectangular can forming machine is the core of the second half of can making production line. When the rectangular can former finish the works, it will count the quantity and reserve all the production data automatically.
3 Conveying and turning over
Between each rectangular can making machine, the can conveyor connect each station and control the feeding speed, when the work in next station is not complete, the chain will intercept the rectangular cans to avoid can jam.
4 CNC control
The whole assemble line for rectangular cans is under control of touch screen, the control panel set the parameter and adjust the production order.
