1 Expanding machine of conical pail production line
The pail expander of conical pail making line is used to expand the cylinder pail body as conical, GR assembly line for conical pails use vertical expanding machine to form the conical shape.
2 Flanging machine of conical pail assembly line
The pail flanger of conical drum making line is used to flange the top and bottom edge of pail body. GR assembly line for conical buckets use vertical bucket flanger to flange.
3 Beading machine of conical pail making line
The pail beader of conical drum production line is used to form the beads on the drum body for strengthening. GR assembly line for conical cans use vertical drum beader to bead.
4 Curling machine of conical bucket production line
The pail curler is used to curl the top edge of conical drum to match the crown cap of conical pails. GR assembly line for conical containers use vertical drum curler to curl.
5 Seaming machine of conical bucket making machine production line
The pail seamer is used to seal the bottom of conical bucket.
6 Necking-flanging-beading machine for necking pail production line
The combination necker-flanger-beader for solvent pail is used to produce the cylinder pail body at one station. This is the innovation technology in pail making industry. It use only one machine to replace pail necker, pail flanger, pail beader totally three sets of machines, combining each process at one tool and running as combination pail necking machine, pail flanging machine, pail beading machine at a time.
How does the pail making line work?
1 Pail erecting
When the pail is welded or cured on the pail body welding line, the pail is horizontal, before the pails enter into the pail making line, the pail should be erected as vertical by pail erector.
2 Pail feeding and conveying
After the pails are erected, the conveyor will feed the pail one by one to the shape forming station, there are positioning pin on the chain to stop the pail before the previous pail is processed.
3 Shape forming
The pail will be shaped by each shape forming machine mentioned above, until the metal pails are produced.
4 Touch screen control
For each shape forming machine, it is equipped with touch screen to set technical data and adjust the speed.
