Spot Welding Station

For the conical pails and paint cans, the can body requires to be welded lugs, if you already have spot welder for lugs, you do not need to select the spot welding station. Off course, if you only need the spot welder, you can select our GSW-50 or GSW-100 spot welding machine for the lugs. If you want to weld and lugs and install the handle by one machine, our GB-WR combination machine is your good choice.

Handle Forming Fitting Station

In the past, the can making factory used to install the handle manually, this station need many workers to produce the handle and install onto cans, the manufacturing cost is very high, but the production speed is low. Our GB-WR combination machine can complete all the work at once. This help customers improve the profit margins significantly.

Spot Repairing Station

For the water base content packaging, the inside of the spot welding is better to coat a protection layer to prevent from rusty. On our GB-WR combination machine, we install two coating head to repair the inside of welding spot, the coating compound is automatic feeding.

Short Can Elevator

For the cans with same diameter and different height, they can be produced on the same machine, if the can height difference is too large, we can install the elevator on the conveyor, when you produce short cans, the elevator will lift up the cans, when you produce long cans, the elevator will not act.
