The bucket handle making machine can feed the metal wire and form the bail shape according to the sample shapes, before forming the bails, the plastic grips can be inserted by the wire optionally if necessary, depending on the sample buckets. Then the handle forming-placing machine will attach the wire handle into the hole on the both sides of the plastic container such as plastic bucket, pail or drum.

The paint buckets are transported one by one trough the machine with a conveyor. First the bucket is centred and oriented, then the bucket is provided with a steel or metal handle. Next, the buckets are automatically stacked. The piles are then exported to a roller conveyor.
