Our pail spot welders or paint can spot welding machines are designed under the same principle. All the metal pails or cans are fed into the indexing station. The index feeding orientate the position of weld seam, then weld the lugs on the fix position. This type of design positions the container correctly for the seam.

All the lugs are stored in the vibration hopper, then fed automatically to the both sides of cans or pails. The dual-head spot welder is fully automatic.
