Ear welder with bailer is combined machine, it includes ear welding machine to weld the lugs onto the both sides of paint cans or paint pails. 

The ear welding machine is the first station, then the tin cans or tin pails are conveyed to the next station that is wire handle forming and fitting machine. The bailer for wire making will attach the metal handle or steel handle onto the lugs of tin containers or metal containers.

The paint can ear welder or conical pail ear welder can be equipped with inside welding spot powder coating machine or inside welding spot lacquer repairing machine. The coater or repairer will spray powder and wet lacquer onto the inside of welding spots.
