The rolling forming station use roller or magazine to stock the stack of tinplate, and continuously supports the feeding of tinplate.
The suction discs suck the tinplate body blank from the top or bottom of the stack, feeding to the rounding and sheet flexing device.
Each piece of tinplate will be pre rolled and roller as basic blank preparing for welding.
After roll forming, the round can body will be conveyed on the table along the guide bar at a limited overlap.
When the sensors detect the can body conveyed, it will send signal to the PLC control center, and start to weld the can on the overlap.
The can body welder not only use electric resistance heating to weld the tinplate, but also use a limited pressure to press on the overlap and keep the welding smooth and continuous.
