After the tinplate is cut as can body blanks, the blanks will be collected and stacked on the stacker. When the blanks rush out from the rotating gang rollers, due to the inertial impulse, the blanks will impact the blocking plate, the blocking plates will swing to push back the blanks, and keep the stack neat.

In order to enhance the recoil force of blocking plate, we install the counterweight on the swing bar. So when the blocking plates are impacted by the blank, the recoil force is stronger, the stacks of blanks are more stabler and neater.
