Leak tester for metal cans is the quality assurance for can production, also named as can testing machine. Water Leak Tester
In conventional technology, the cans are detected by water, and for the water leak detecting system, it includes manual water tester and automatic water tester. The air is filled into the cans, then the cans are pressed into water, if the can is leaking, it will generate bubbles, and the worker detect the bubble by visual. For the manual machine, the cans are arranged and inserted with the air filler manually, and for the automatic machine, the cans can be arranged and inserted with the air filler automatically. For the liquid test solution, the can body are touched by the water, then it is wet and need to be dried by oven or naturally by air, this is low efficiency and complex. We do not recommend the water detecting solution for you. The technology is always improving, we recommend the air pressure detecting solution for you.
Air Leak Tester
Now a day, the leak detecting system dose not need the water to test due to the application of highly sensitive transducer. Except the transducer, the key factor for the leak tester is the soft package. On the market, most of the leak testing machine are similar on hardware, but the huge difference still exists, because the most important knowledge of leak testing is the analysis and determination, which is based on the industry experience and data, this is included in the soft package and program system.
